Pomo coiled basket with globose shape and 3-rod willow foundation and a weft which is sedge grass root. There are barely visible diamond shape patterns which are made up of small rectangles. There are remnant feathers which protrude from around the rim. Coiling direction is clockwise when viewed from above. The basket appears to be very old because the design is almost invisible. there is significant wear on the bottom of basket and a few breaks.
