We would love to host your class visit! Please visit our outreach page if you are interested in a tour for your school group.
Getting Here:
The Santa Rosa Junior College Multicultural Museum is located on the Santa Rosa Junior College Campus. The address for the entire campus is 1501 Mendocino Ave. The museum does not have its own address. We recommend turning on to Elliott Ave. from Mendocino, and parking in the Emeritus lot (more on that below). The Museum is in Bussman Hall, which is located behind Doyle Library and Analy Hall. Look for a red brick building with two black dog sculptures guarding it!
Do not rely on Google Maps to get you to the museum! GPS will get you to campus, but then you will need to navigate to parking and walk to the museum.
Cost:
There is no fee to visit the museum, but we have a suggested donation of $1.00 - $10.00 per person.
Parking:
There is no dedicated parking for the museum. You can park in any spot on campus designated as student parking with a permit, which you can purchase for $4.00 from any of the kiosks, located in each lot. We typically recommend the Emeritus lot, just across Elliott Avenue from the Bertolini Student Activity Center. There is also metered parking in Burbank circle, right in front of campus, or in the Don Zumwalt Parking Pavilion (#98 on map). Visitors requiring handicapped parking will find spots in all lots, including in the Emeritus lot and in Burbank circle.
