The article discusses her biography with some emphasis on her childhood and then her cultural impact in regards to her basketry and language documentation contributions. SRJC's museum is mentioned as having her baskets, under our old name as the "Jesse Peter Museum." There is an accompanying photo of Elsie Allen working on a basket.
