Zuni Ceramic Olla / jar
19th Century polychrome jar / olla with inflared 6" diameter neck.
Cream slip base with black or dark brown and red slip painted designs, divided into five horizontal bands. Symmetrical flloral and bird designs, two large rosettes.
Pot has been broken and repaired. Numerous chips and holes. Bottom of pot is concave. Remains of adhesive from a sticker on bottom, and writing in charcoal or pencil - not legible.
