Miniature Yokut open twined seed beater/sifter basket. It has a weaved pattern of three horizontal stripes of a darker brown color than the rest of the basket, perhaps of a different plant material. A thick branch or stem connects the weaving, to allow for its shape. A thin tan strand of leather is tied at the point of the basket, for it to be hung up.
