Karuk twined eating basket. Tightly woven, great craftsmanship. Bottom of basket is concave. Information from 10/30/07 appraisal by Coleen Kelley Marks: "Karuk twined eating basket. Bear grass, spruce root, and hazel sticks. Obsidian/blade points design. Excellent condition. Beautiful basket. CKM cleaned 10/07. C. 1920-30. $700.00." Klamath River Area
