Stone figure

Stone figure

This figure dated from 1000-600 BC, probably found in the Mexican state of Veracruz. The style, however, is similar to tht found in the Valley of Mexico, or Tres Zapotes-- related to, rather than, Olmec. Pre Columbia head figure with pointed head dress, double punctuated eyes, ear spools. "V-35" in pen on back, reddish clay. Spall typed info goes with it. (Came with a hand made heart shape box with sewed patterns in blue and golden. A small informational piece of paper inside. )
