In this ny example of Pomo basketry miniaturizing, the single foundation rod is coiled, to the left, with a weft of sedge root and designs in dyed bulrush. A uniform globose form is achieved with a black inverted arrowhead shape that is repeated around the walls. Aside frome the visible coil termination on the rim, a lovely symmetry was achieved by the weaver.
