In this example, the designs form a pattern of zigzags that radiate from the center. The rim is coiled with plain sedge grass root. Pomo miniatures are made to demonstrate the weaver's skill and have been well received in today's collector's market. This example retains the form and the designs found in full-sized coiled plaques. It was made in 1979 or the early 1980's.
