Seal
Seal - 2 1/4" L x 5/8" H. Natural Ivory - carved from one piece, polished. Color of ivory on seal varies in color from cream to light tan. Seal is lying on belly with head up, both flippers down and "fanned" tail pointing straight back. Seal has tiny, painted, black dots for eyes and painted black groove for mouth. Base is cut in a smooth block and polished on all sides. Cross section on end and bottom reveal interior marrow of tusk. Sides are cut on angles following the natural curvature of tusk. Color of base varies from cream to light tan.
