Tourist Basket
Small tourist basket, closed wrapped twining, warp is cedar, weft is raffia, designs are 3 horizontal bands of dyed raffia around basket, top band is plum, middle band is red, bottom band is blue. Bottom of basket is checkerwork of cedar bark, rim finish is scalloped and wrapped in (red dyed) raffia. All dyes are aniline.
