"Auberry women on Mar. 29, 1934, giving a little idea of some of the patterns of their patch work. The women tied 8 quilts that day, one is still on the frame + they were not yet finished around the edges when took the pictures, + two were not in the picture. I was sorry I couldn't get all the women in the picture."
