Technique: Carved, lashed and painted. Materials: Wood (possibly elm or mulberry); feathers (possibly parrot); sinew; bamboo. Design Elements: Three feathers are fletched with sinew. Two yellow and blue, and one yellow & brown. Painted stripes (3) around the end of arrow.
