Human Figurine
Ceramics- bichrome human figure: white on red ground; molded head band; face design represents body painting or tattooing; large hook nose; slit eyes and mouth; wide-spaced breasts with prominent nipples; hollow/hole at the top of head. Tetrapod stand gives effect of kneeling in profile with knees and toes forming base. Circa 200 B.C. -200 A.D. Late Preclassic Nayarit.
