Miniature Basket - Tlingit - Northwest Coast. Flat bottom with straight sides. Plain twined with false embroidery geometric pattern band 1/2" wide around middle of basket. Colors: yellow, orange, green, black. Black ant trails around rim. Materials: spruce root, cedar bark with analine dyed bear grass for false embroidery. Circa; 1900-1925
