Pouch
Beaded leather pouch. Leather portion of pouch has been sewn together using cotton thread. There is a metal zipper sewn at opening used to closed the bag. #10 glass beads sewn on with cotton thread. Each side of the bag has a different pattern. 1st side: An American Flag-13 red/white stripes with 48 stars on field of blue. Below there is a half circle of orange with black tipped feathers on a green background and a metal graduation metal pin attached. The pin states: "1954 Graduate." with a cross sitting on an open bible. The 2nd pattern: A bald eagle, (white head, black body), with outstretched wings is carrying a slice shape that the upper half is white and lower half is black with single orange beads. To the left side of the bird there is an orange 7 petal daisy beaded flower with a white and green center. The top right corner has about 4" of edging missing. Fringe pattern is done in diagonal triangle pattern with the center longer than the edge. Colors follow: Blue center, clear, black white with a reversal yellow eight bead loop where thread has been reinserted for double strength and feed through entire series of beads again ending at the pouch. Pouch is about 1/3" full of juniper (?).
