Additional information on notes in bags: "pot sherds from Pueblo ruin located on Bluff City side of San Juan River, Utah about 1/2 mi. from junction of river and Comb Wash. An extensive Pueblo ruin is situated 100 yds from river, consisting of row of rooms outlined by first courses of stones. An extensive Kiva is between the Pueblo and river. In high cliffs on either side of river are many evidences of cliff dwellers. Pottery is scattered all over the place. Pot sherds, such as these, when found in ruins or camp sites are used by anthropologists to determine the Pueblo civilization to which the particular location belongs."
