Wedding basket
Navajo wedding basket-large made by the Paiutes. The top is faded by the sun. The coil basket has a foundation of willow rods and a weft of sumac. The black and red designs form a ring which doesn't close. The rim has a braided finish. The coiling is counter clock wise.
