Sweetgrass Coiled Basket
Ojibwa sweetgrass coiled basket. Base of basket and base of lid is cardboard covered in felt. Warp is sweet grass with a commercial string weft. Top of basket is decorated with braided and curled sweet grass and lid is decorated with various glass and plastic beads.
