Ancestral Puebloan Bowl

Prehistoric- Anasazi Decorated bowl with black bifurcated designs of linear patterns on white slip on the interior only. Outside is unburnished - not slipped. Has been restored - cracks and chips in rim. Anasazi bowl, ca. 0-1300 AD. Decorated bowl with black symmetrical designs of linear patterns on white slip on the interior. Although it has had some restoration, this bowl is in great shape considering that it is 700-2000 years old! The Anasazi had complex farming societies in the Southwest United States and were probably the ancestors to modern Puebloan people.
