Zapotec Head Fragment
Ceramic- Human head: engraved slit eyes and headdress modeled nose with engraved nostrils; headdress is ornate with large protruding design; back of head is concave; piece is hollow. Possible decorative piece from an urn or censer. In center of headdress is possible place name hieroglyph of Monte Alban or Lambityeco.
